Duty Advice & Representation at Lambeth County Court
Service Offered
As part of the Duty Advice Scheme, Blackfriars Advice Centre, Cambridge House Law Centre, Southwark Law Centre, Anthony Gold Solicitors and Pierce Glynn Solicitors all have a regular presence at Lambeth County Court. Free advice and representation is given to tenants in Southwark and Lambeth who have been brought to Court for possession proceedings. Representation is also given to home owners in mortgage possession proceedings.
