Service Offered
Blackfriars Advice Centre provide a free weekly drop-in service at Lambeth County Court.
The service is primarily for clients who need advice because they have an eviction warrant for rent arrears, or face possession proceedings for mortgage arrears. Our advisers can assist clients with completing an application to the Court to ask for the eviction or possession order to be stopped.
