Target Group

Provides free, independent and confidential multi-lingual advice and information services to people from black and ethnic minority, asylum seekers, refugee and migrant communities whose first language is not English.

Languages

French, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Fujianese and Portuguese. Bi-lingual advisers hold all advice sessions in the ethnic community languages. The available languages may change from time to time. For further information about available languages please call or send e-mail.

Serves people who work/live or study in Southwark and - subject to available funding - other London Boroughs.

Drop-in service:
Monday: 10am-12noon (Spanish)
Friday: 10am-12noon (Cantonese, Mandarin & Fujianese)

Service users who speak languages other than the above or fluent English will be referred or signposted to other appropriate non-profit making agencies. Advanced requests should be made to see the French speaker so that we arrange a suitable time.
