Service Offered

The Citizens Advice Bureaux provides general advice and information on all subjects including welfare benefits, consumer, employment, housing, debt, health, education, community care, immigration and family matters. The service is free, confidential, independent and impartial.

Drop-In Sessions (no appointment needed):
Tuesday & Thursday: 10am - 1pm
We will try to see you as quickly as possible to assess how we might help you. We may arrange an appointment for you to come back to see an adviser.

Evening appointments:
Tuesday evening appointments (5pm - 7pm) are available at Peckham CAB, for people who cannot visit the bureau during the day. To book an appointment, please telephone 020 7525 9225 (message line) and leave a message with your name and contact details.

Evening Cancel Tax Advice Sessions:
Bermondsey CAB are providing evening Council Tax advice sessions on the 1st Tuesday of every month.
