Service Offered

Provides a free specialist advice and information service in immigration and nationality to anyone with a query or problem in this area, including asylum seekers and refugees. Prepare free representations on behalf of clients, and forward them to the Home Office. Represent clients at Asylum and Immigration Tribunals.

Languages

French, Gujarati, Hindi, Polish, Punjabi, Swahili, Swedish, Urdu, Amharic, Tigrigna. If you speak a language other than those listed, please arrange to bring a translator.

Telephone Advice Line: 0845 618 5385, Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm & 2pm - 5pm

Appointments: Mon to Fri 9am to 1pm (call the Advice Line to arrange an appointment)

Second-tier Advice: 020 7701 0141, Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm & 2pm - 5pm (this can only be arranged through other agencies).
